黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：〔目的〕探讨黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的疗效。〔方法〕将86例2型糖尿病早期肾病患者随机分为黄葵胶囊组(对照组,40例)和黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙组(治疗组,46例),疗程8周,比较两组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、24 h尿蛋白定量(Upr)、尿蛋白排泄率(UARE)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)、血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化情况。〔结果〕两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿蛋白排泄率、血清胱抑素C、血清超敏C反应蛋白、血清肿瘤坏死因子均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);血清同型半胱氨酸对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组则显著下降(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血肌酐均无明显变化(P>0.05)。治疗过程中各治疗组未见明显不良反应。〔结论〕黄葵胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙能减少2型糖尿病早期肾病患者24 h尿蛋白定量及蛋白尿排泄率。〔O bjective〕To explore the curative effect of Huangkui capsule combined with calcium dobesilate in treatment of early type 2 diabetic nephropathy. 〔M ethods〕86 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into the Huangkui capsule group（ control group, 40 cases） and Huangkui capsule combined with calcium dobesilate group（ 46 cases in the treatment group）. The changes of indicators before and after treated with Huangkui capsule for 8 weeks was observed., such as fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 hours urine protein, urine protein quantity excretion rate, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein and serum homocysteine, serum tumor necrosis factor alpha.〔R esults〕Tow treatment groups could improve the patients with early type 2 diabetes mellitus fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 hours urinary protein, urinary protein excretion, serum cystatin C, serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein and serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（ P〈0. 05）, The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; serum homocysteine in control group before and after treatment was no significant change（ P〉0. 05）, the treatment group decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）; serum creatinine of the two groups before and after treatment were no significant changes（ P〉0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment group during the treatment. 〔C onclusion 〕Combined with calcium dobesilate, Huangkui capsule can reduce the 24 hours urine protein and urine protein quantity excretion rate of patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
