摘　　要：针对短臂开采工作面给料破碎机手动操作频繁、工作环境差等问题,提出一种基于无线测距技术实现给料破碎机自动控制的设计方案。该系统以无线通讯、PLC、传感器为核心,通过无线测量给料破碎机与梭车的距离实现给料破碎机和运输机的启、停自动控制。Aiming at the problems of frequent manual operation and poor working environment of feeder breaker in short wall mining working face,the automatic control system of feeder crusher was proposed based on wireless communication ranging technology. Taking the wireless communication,PLC and sensor as the core,the system achieves automatic control of feeder crusher and conveyor by measuring the distance between the feeder crusher and the shuttle car.
