重介选煤介耗管理浅析

摘　　要：选煤厂介耗的大小与选煤厂的洗选工艺、原煤粒度组成、煤泥含量等有关。从技术的角度加强介耗管理,提出了提高磁选机的回收效率、减少产品带介量、工艺流程调整等技术措施降低介质消耗,效益显著。Medium consumption of coal preparation plant is related to the washing technique,size composition of raw coal,coal slime content and so on. For strengthening the management of medium consumption and reducing the medium consumption,the technical measures of improving magnetic separator＇s recovery efficiency,reducing entrained medium of production and adjusting technological process were proposed.
