摘　　要：采用质性研究方法,以普通高校课外体育俱乐部无边界组织模式为研究对象,对6名普通高校课外体育俱乐经营者进行深度访谈,研究结果表明:跨项目协调、实施目标管理(MBO)等举措,可以提高普通高校俱乐部边界的渗透性;普通高校课外体育俱乐部无边界组织模式带给学校体育资源管理改革的启示包括构建从中央到地方多元化学校体育资源供给体制、推行学校体育信息资源共建制度、重视校长在学校体育资源管理智慧、完善学校体育资源开发管理制度.With qualitative study aiming at boundaryless organization mode in colleges extracurricular sport clubs,which has been in-depth interviewed with 6managers from Chongqing colleges extracurricular sport clubs,researches have been done in this paper to provide new strategies for the reform of college extracurricular sport clubs and the reform of school sport source management.The result shows that colleges extracurricular sport clubs rigid boundaries could be weaken by implementation of cross projects management,MBO and other ways.What experience boundaryless organization mode in colleges extracurricular sport clubs provides for school sport source management is that the diversified sports resources supply system from the central to local schools should be constructed,that the rule about school sports information resources sharing system should be made,and that the headmaster in the school sports resources management wisdom should pay more attention to and the rule about exploring the school sports resource should also be made.
