摘　　要：对第12、13届世界健美操锦标赛3人项目前3名成绩进行比较,分析出第12届与第13届锦标赛中前3名代表队在3人项目中的名次和产生比赛成绩的难度、艺术、完成得分之间的差距,揭示在新规则的导向下3人项目致胜的原因.研究认为:对新规则的理解和把握是影响比赛成绩的重要因素;3人项目要增加女运动员参赛以此提高难度得分,增强成套动作的艺术编排以此提高艺术得分,加强女运动员的综合能力训练及改善训练方法.In the 12-13 World Aerobics Championship three projects,the top three scores have been compared and analyzed,and the difficulty of the composition competition results in 12 th and 13 th championship have been ranked in the top three teams in the three projects,arts,and completion of the score gap between the guide,which reveals three projects under the new rules winning cause.Studies suggest that,to understand and grasp,the new rules are important factors affecting competition results;three projects to increase female athletes in order to improve the difficulty score,enhance the artistic choreography sets of actions in order to improve the artistic score,strengthen the comprehensive capacity of female athletes and training methods.
