摘　　要：通过对铝合金无缝气瓶材料性能和热处理机理的分析,解释了铝合金无缝气瓶材料硬度下降的原因,说明了硬度试验在铝合金无缝气瓶制造和定期检验过程中的重要作用。The author conducts general evaluation and analysis of aluminum alloy properties for seamless gas cylinder. The author also gives clear explanation to how the heat treatment works. The author would like to demonstrate that performing hardness testing during production of seamless aluminum alloy gas cylinders or during periodic inspection is very important step as result of fall in hardness value.
