摘　　要：嗜血综合征是少见病,临床诊断和治疗经验较少,对该病例临床诊断思路的报道对积累更多临床经验具有重要意义。Hemophagocytic syndrome is a rare disease in clinic and it is insufficient in clinical experience concerning the diagnosis and treatment of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, so it is significant to report the idea of diagnosis of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis for the accumulation of clinical experience.
