摘　　要：为提高对蛋白C(protein C,PC)/蛋白S(protein S,PS)缺乏症相关性门脉栓塞、门脉高压的诊疗认识,对西安市中心医院收治的1例PC/PS缺乏症导致的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者进行报道,并行相关文献复习,从而提醒更多临床医师面对无明显诱因的食管静脉曲张合并反复发作性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者时,应考虑先天性易栓症的可能性。To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of portal vein thrombosis, portal hypertension associated with protein C （PC）/protein S （PS） deficiency. One patient diagnosed with PC deficiency and/or PS deficiency was analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. So to remind more clinicians, congenital thrombophilia should be taken into consideration for young patients with esophageal varices and lower deep venous thrombosis which occur recurrently without obvious predisposing causes.
