摘　　要：在介绍了二次冷轧的基本定义、二次冷轧产品的主要用途与性能要求的基础上,首先综述了国内外二次冷轧设备的发展概况,比较了国内外典型二次冷轧机组主要特征参数;随后简单分析了二次冷轧的工艺特点,并从二次冷轧机组总压下率设定技术、张力优化设定技术、辊系板形参数设定技术、辊型参数设定技术、工艺润滑参数设定技术、高速稳定轧制与缺陷控制技术等方面入手,综述了国内外二次冷轧工艺发展情况;最后,简单分析了二次冷轧产品的市场前景,并根据二次冷轧产品的发展趋势与市场需求,结合现场实际经验,给出了二次冷轧设备与工艺的未来发展方向。On the basis of the basic definition of double cold reduction （DCR）, the main application and the performance requirement of DCR products, the development of DCR equipment was reviewed and the main characteristic parameters of DCR mill were compared at home and abroad. Then the process characteristics of DCR were analyzed, and the development situation of DCR process was reviewed including the setting technology of total reduction rate, tension optimal parameters, roll system and shape parameters, technological lubrication parameters, high-speed stable rolling and defect control of DCR. Eventually, the market prospect of DCR products was analyzed, and the future development direction of DCR equipment and process was given according to the practical experience, development tendency and market requirement of DCR products.
