摘  要:针对某厂5 000mm CVCPlus厚板轧机操作侧和传动侧轧制力偏差过大的问题,基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立了CVCplus厚板轧机有限元模型,仿真分析了轧辊交叉角、窜辊和非对称弯辊力对两侧轧制力偏差的影响;同时对现场轧制过程进行跟踪测试和数据分析,结合仿真和实验结果研究了该厚板轧机轧制力偏差与轧辊交叉角、非对称弯辊力、轴向力和窜辊的关系,结果表明:非对称弯辊力与轧制力偏差具有明显的正相关性,弯辊力偏差>100t时,轧制力偏差超过100t;当轧辊交叉角>0.131°时,轧制力偏差明显增大,并且随轧辊交叉点的移动,轧制力偏差进一步恶化;轧制力偏差较大时,产生较大的下工作辊轴向力,最大可达290t,且上下工作辊轴向力呈非对称分布;轧辊窜辊与轧制力偏差具有一定的正相关性,轧辊窜辊量越大轧制力偏差越明显;从而确定了非对称弯辊力、轧辊交叉角和窜辊依次是该厚板轧制力偏差产生的主要原因。最后,针对现场实际情况,提出了轧制力偏差抑制措施,使现场轧制力偏差控制在100t范围内,控制效果良好。For the large rolling force deviation in operation side and drive side of the 5000mm CVCPlus heavy plate mill, based on the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the finite element model of CVCplus heavy plate mill was established, and the influence of roll crossing angles, roll shifting and asymmetric bending force on rolling force deviation in both sides was simulated and analyzed. Meanwhile, the tracking testing and data analyzing for rolling process of the field were conducted. Combining the simulation and experimental results, the relationships between the rolling force deviation and roll crossing angles, asymmetric bending force, axial force and roll shifting were studied, respectively. The results show that asymmetric bending force and roll- ing force deviation have obvious positive correlation, viz. , when the bending force deviation is greater than 100 t, the rolling force deviation exceeds 100t; when the roll crossing angle is greater than 0. 131°, the rolling force deviation increases obviously, and the rolling force deviation is further deteriorated with the increase of the roll crossing point; when the rolling force deviation is larger, the axial force of the lower working roll is large, and the maximum amount is 290t and the axial force of the upper and lower work rolls is asymmetrical; the roll shifting and rolling force deviation has a certain positive correlation, and when the roll shifting increases, the rolling force deviation is more obvious. Therefore, the main reason of the rolling force deviation is the asymmetric bending roll force followed by the roll crossing angles and the roll shifting. Finally, based on the simulation and experimental results, the suppression methods for rolling force deviation were put forward, which made the rolling force deviation be controlled within 100t.
