摘  要:采用有限元软件MSC.MARC,建立了宽厚板轧制过程三维热-力耦合有限元模型。利用上述模型对实际宽厚板轧制过程进行模拟,对比模拟宽展和实测宽展,证明了模型的可靠性。通过对4种典型尺寸轧件轧制过程的模拟,得到了摩擦力和摩擦系数在接触弧上的分布规律,以及摩擦系数与轧件边部形状和平均宽展对应的变化规律。结果表明,轧件自由表面处宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而减小,厚度对称面处宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而增大,而轧件的平均宽展量随摩擦系数的增大而减小。当板坯宽度减小、压下量增大时,随摩擦系数增大,平均宽展量减小的趋势更明显。基于以上模拟结果,将摩擦系数对宽展的影响规律引入芝原宽展计算公式,修正后公式计算结果与模拟结果符合较好。A three dimensional thermo-mechanical finite element model of roiling for wide and heavy plate was developed by using the FE software MSC. MARC. The width spread results obtained by this model were compared with the measured ones under the same condition and the feasibility of the FE model was verified. The rolling processes of four typical dimension plates were simulated, the distribution of friction coefficient and friction force at the contact area, the edge shape and average width spread with different friction coefficients were obtained. The simulation results show that the width spread on surface decreases and the width spread on symmetry plane in height direction increases with the increasing friction coefficient. The average width spread decreases with the increase of friction coefficient. The decreased trend of average width spread is more obvious with the decrease of the width of plate and with the increase of reduction. Based on the data obtained from the simulation, a modified Shihahara's spread formula considering friction coefficient is obtained and the calculated results of the formula agree well with the simulated ones.
