摘　　要：论述了加强高等农业院校科技创新平台建设的必要性,分析了高等农业院校科技创新平台建设过程中存在的主要问题,提出了高等农业院校科技创新平台建设路径:一是加强科技创新团队的引进和培养,提升科研团队创新实力;二是加强科技创新平台实验技术人员队伍建设,做好科研保障工作;三是增加资金投入,全面开放科技创新平台;四是鼓励科研成果转化,增强服务农业产业发展能力;五是建立合理的科技创新平台考核评价机制,激发科研人员创新潜力。The necessity to strengthen the construction of science and technology innovation platform of higher agricultural colleges was dis- cussed. The main problems existing in the process of the construction of science and technology innovation platform were analyzed. Then the cor- responding construction paths were put foword, firstly, strengthen the introduction and training of science and technology innovation team, promote their innovation strength;secondly, strengthen the experimental technical team construction of science and technology innovation platform,increase scientific research security work ; thirdly, increase capital investment, fully opened the science and technology innovation platform ; fourthly, en- courage the commercialization of research findings,enhance the ability to develop the agricultural service industry;fifthly, establish a reasonable scientific and technological innovation platform evaluation mechanism, stimulate the innovation potential of the researchers.
