摘　　要：目的建立临床输血信息管理系统,并探讨其应用价值。方法采用Windows/IOS/Linux操作系统、Oracle 11数据库、条形码技术和Java/C#/Pascal/html开发语言等,创建临床输血信息管理系统,并与实验室信息管理系统(LIS)、医院信息管理系统(HIS)和苏州市血液中心无缝连接,对临床输血全流程实施规范化、信息化、无纸化和智能化管理。结果该系统优化了输血科作业流程,保障了用血安全、用血合理,节约了血液资源,实现了对临床输血的全程数字化管理。结论该系统的建立大大提高了临床输血的工作效率,确保了规范输血、合理和科学输血、安全输血。Objective To establish the clinical blood transfusion information management system and evaluate its application value. Methods The clinical blood transfusion information management system（CBTIS） was established based on the Windows/IOS/Linux operating system, Oracle 11 database, barcode technology and Java/C #/Pascal/html development language. Then, the system was di- rectly connected with the laboratory information management system（ LIS）, hospital information management system（HIS） and Suzhou Blood Center for performing the standardized, information-based, paperless and intelligent management on the whole process of blood transfusion. Results The CBTIS optimized the blood transfusion process, ensured the transfusion safety and rational transfusion, saved the blood resources, and lastly realized the whole digitizing management of clinical blood transfusion. Conclusion The estab- lished CBTIS greatly improves the efficiency of clinical blood transfusion, and ensures the standardized, rational, safe and scientific blood transfusion.
