摘  要:结合南水北调东线、中线工程,对比研究了两种典型衬砌机CDM07型振动滚筒、SCFM滑模式衬砌机技术性能,提出了适应大型渠道机械化混凝土衬砌设备选型方法和原则。以某机械化衬砌施工标段为例,优选CDM07型渠道混凝土振动滚筒衬砌机,从施工现场质量检测及单元工程质量评定结果看,设备选型合理、施工质量优良、进度有保障。最后提出了大型渠道衬砌机的设备结构改造和智能升级方向的建议,以期为大型渠道衬砌机械化施工设备选型提供参考。Combined with the East-Route and Mid-Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, a comparative study is made on the technical performances of two typical lining machines, i.e. CDM07 Vibration-Drum Concrete Lining Machine and SCFM Slip-form Lining Machine, and then the method and principle suitable for the selection of the mechanized concrete lining e- quipment for the construction of large-sized channel are proposed as well. By taking a construction bit-section as the actual case, CDM07 Vibration-Drum Concrete Lining Machine is optimized to be the lining machine for the construction. In view of the results from both the in situ construction quality inspection and the unit construction quality assessment, the type selection of the equip- ment is reasonable, thus the construction quality is better, and the then construction progress is guaranteed. Finally, some sug- gestion on the tendencies of the structure improvement and intelligent upgrade for the large-sized channel concrete lining equip- ment are put forward, so as to provide some references for the selection of the large-sized channel concrete lining equipment at home and abroad.
