摘 要:目的比较微量板法与试管法检测ABO血型Ig M抗体效价的差异。方法使用微柱凝集法对129例健康供者和91例造血干细胞移植患者进行ABO血型正反定型鉴定,根据反定型结果,同1标本同时经试管法与微量板法进行ABO血型Ig M抗体效价测定并进行比较。结果 220例被研究者中,162例标本需要进行抗体效价检测。抗-A/抗-B效价在不同病例群体中,2种方法检测的一致性差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);2种方法检测造血干细胞移植患者ABO血型抗体效价、健康供者抗-A效价的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);微量板法测得的健康供者抗-B效价明显低于试管法(17.78±3.02 vs 19.05±2.95,P<0.05)。结论全自动微量板法微量板法可广泛用于造血干细胞移植患者ABO血型Ig M抗体效价的检测,而用于健康供者抗-B效价检测时抗体效价低于试管法,必要时需要增加试管法。Objective To clarify the difference between tube test and microplate test for detecting Ig M ABO blood type antibody titer. Methods All the samples from 129 healthy people and 91 patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were detected by microcolumn gel technique to determine ABO group. On the basis of the reverse type,the antibody titers between tube test and microplate test of the same specimen were compared. Results The results indicated that162 samples needed antibody titer detection in the total 220 samples. There was no difference between the uniformity of the two methods in healthy people and patients( P〈 0. 05). There was no difference between these two methods to test the antibody titer for patients who was treated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation( P〉 0. 05). No obvious difference was found in the anti-A antibody titer in healthy individuals( P〈 0. 05). However,when compared with tube method,the detection of anti-B antibody titer in healthy people by microplate method was significantly less( 17. 78±3. 02 vs 19. 05±2. 95,P〉 0. 05). Conclusion The anti-B antibody titer tested by mircroplate method in healthy people proves to be less than detection by tube test. It is accordingly necessary to review antibody titer by tube test occasionally. Also,it is deduced that microplate method can be widely used to detect the ABO antibody titer for patients treated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
