东莞市医务人员无偿献血“知信行”现状及对策

摘　　要：目的了解东莞市医务人员无偿献血的知晓率、态度和行为现状,以便更好地推动无偿献血宣传招募工作,为无偿献血发展新模式提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对我市医务人员进行调查,对调查结果进行分析比较。结果初次献血与重复献血的医务人员对各项调查大部分有显著差异(P<0.05),排序大致相同;重复献血的医务人员献血率高,学历高,年轻献血者多,血液及献血相关知识的知晓程度远远高于一般人群,但红细胞和血小板输注指征的知晓率较低,不同学历间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);获得献血信息的首要途径是"本单位宣传",全部医务人员表示会继续坚持无偿献血,有91.0%的医务人员表示会向病人宣传无偿献血知识。结论东莞市医务人员对无偿献血的热情及支持力度高,有必要采取措施,使之成为无偿献血的宣传者和倡导者,让更多的人主动参加无偿献血。Objective To understand the rate of awareness,attitude and behavior of the voluntary blood donors comprised of medical staff in Dongguan,to promote the practice of voluntary blood donation and improve recruitment,and to provide reference for a new development mode on blood donation. Methods The self-designed questionnaires were sent to medical staff in Dongguan. The results of the survey were analyzed and compared. Results There were significant differences in most of the surveys between the medical staff in first donation and repeated donation（ P〈 0. 05）. The order was almost the same. The medical staff donated repeatedly had a high donation rate,high education and were comprised of younger donors.They had more knowledge on blood donation than general population,but their awareness on red blood cell and platelet transfusion indications were low. There were statistical differences among populations with different educations backgrounds（ P〈 0. 05）. The first way to obtain blood donation information was via promotion within its own unit. All medical staff expressed interest to continue donating. Among which,91% expressed interest to promote blood donation to patients. Conclusion The medical staff in Dongguan express high enthusiasm and support for voluntary blood donation. It is necessary to take actions to empower them to be advocates for voluntary blood donation,in order to encourage more people to participate more actively in blood donation.
