摘　　要：目的回顾2007-2015年天津市街头无偿献血数据,考证街头无偿献血招募策略的实施与结果。方法加强街头无偿献血招募宣传技巧和策略,统计2007-2015年街头无偿献血人次、性别、年龄、献血量等献血数据。结果采用无偿献血招募策略进行献血宣传,无偿献血招募成功率显著提升,采血人次呈逐年上升趋势(2007-2010年同比增长均呈连续保持>10%大幅度上升水平,2011年趋势减缓基本介于5%左右,2012-2015年维持基本平缓趋势<2%)。结论适宜的招募宣传技巧和策略,可有效地改善献血的认知度,提升献血关注度,壮大着街头自愿无偿献血队伍,缓解因季节性、血型偏型等因素造成供血紧张的问题,为临床急救用血提供了有效保障。Objective To review the street blood donation data,from 2007 to 2015,of Tianjin Blood Center,and to analyze the strategies and results of street recruitment of voluntary blood donors. Methods Try to strengthen the skills and strategies of blood donor recruitment in streets,and the statistics,including times of blood donation,gender,age,blood volume etc.,during 2007-2015 in our center were analyzed.Results The successful rate of voluntary blood donation were significantly promoted after the recruitment strategy was adopted. The times of blood collection showed an upward trend. The year on year growth rate during 2007-2010 maintained at a high level of 10%,and the trend slow downed in 2011 at about5%,and kept with the growth rate 2% during 2012- 2015. Conclusion Appropriate techniques and strategies of the recruitment of blood donors could effectively strengthen the awareness and attention of blood donation,enlarge the voluntary blood donation in street,alleviate the seasonal blood tension,and protect the emergency use of blood in clinical.
