大数据时代采供血业务档案公共服务创新探析

摘　　要：大数据资源作为档案管理核心资产,具有资源存储的大容量、扭转过程的繁杂性、资源使用的高价值特征,是实现采供血业务档案公共服务的重要前提;大数据时代业务档案具有全数据智能化管理、仿真可视化个性查询、辅助决策、社会宣教和档案数据安全管理等服务内容;通过制定业务档案大数据发展战略、强化业务档案智能化平台建设、营造运用大数据档案传播文化、实现业务档案数据化管理挖掘等方法途径,拓展大数据时代业务档案公共服务功能。As the core asset of archive management,big data is characterized by enormous storage capacity,complex reversal process and high value of resource usage,and is an important precondition for providing blood collection and supply archives to public service. Big data based operations and archives support certain services,including all-data smart management,simulated visualization,individualized inquiry,public relations,social education and data security management. In order to expand the functions of operations archives for public service in the era of big data,it is necessary to formulate a development strategy on big data based operations and archives,to strengthen the efforts in building smart platforms for operations archives,to promote the culture of big data based archive usage,and to sustain data-based management.
