前列解毒胶囊对男性免疫性不育症血清抗精子抗体IgG的影响

摘　　要：目的观察前列解毒胶囊对男性免疫性不育症血清抗精子抗体IgG的影响。方法将88例男性免疫性不育症患者随机分为2组。治疗期间停用其他药物,戒烟酒,忌辛辣,正常性生活。治疗组44例予前列解毒胶囊治疗,对照组44例予醋酸泼尼松片治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后血清抗精子抗体-免疫球蛋白G(As Ab-IgG)滴度、精液常规,并记录药物不良反应。结果治疗组血清As AbIgG转阴率75.00%,对照组血清As Ab-IgG转阴率38.64%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血清As Ab-IgG转阴率低于对照组。治疗组治疗前后精子活动力(a+b)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后精子活动力(a+b)改善明显。对照组治疗前后精子活动力(a+b)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后精子活动力(a+b)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物不良反应发生率2.27%,对照组药物不良反应发生率25.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列解毒胶囊可有效降低男性免疫性不育症的血清As Ab-IgG的浓度,使As Ab阳性转阴;前列解毒胶囊可有效提高精子的活力(a+b);醋酸波尼松对精子的活力(a+b)无影响;前列解毒胶囊不良反应较醋酸泼尼松小,临床使用安全可靠。Objective To observe the effects of Qianlie, jiedu capsule on serum anti - sperm antibody Immunoglobulin -- G （IgG） in male immune - infertility. Methods 88 male with immune - infertility were randomly divided into two groups, Other medications were weaned during treatment, quit smoking and drinking, unspicy, and with regular married life. The treatment group （n = 44） received Qianlie - jiedu capsule, and the control group （n = 44） received prednisone, continuously treatment for one month. The titer of serum anti - sperm antibody IgG, and seminal routine examination before and after treatment were observed in two groups, and the medicine adverse reaction was recorded, Results The negative conversion ratio of serum anti - sperm antibody IgG in treatment and control group was 75.00% and 38.64% respectively, with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. There was statistical difference on the sperm motility （ a ＋ b） between before and after treatment in treatment group （P 〈 0.05）, the sperm motility （a ＋ b） after treatment was obviously improved. There was no statistical difference on the sperm motility （a ＋ b） between before and after treatment in control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was statistical difference on the sperm motility （a ＋ b） between two groups in after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of medicine side effect in treatment and control group was 2.27% and 25.00% respectively, with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qianlie - jiedu capsule can effectively reduce the concentration of serum anti - sperm antibody IgG in male immune - infertility, the positive antisperm antibody could be converted into negative. Qianlie -jiedu capsule can effectively increase the motility of sperm （a ＋ b）. The prednisone has no effect of the sperm motility. And the Qianlie -jiedu capsule has fewer side effects than prednisone, which is safe in clinical use.
