广西汉壮瑶族儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子水平分析

摘　　要：目的 了解汉、壮、瑶族健康儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-1）和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3（IGFBP-3）的水平及变化特点,为探索儿童生长发育影响因素提供参考。方法 采用序列研究法,于2013年4—5月选取广西7,10,13岁的汉、壮、瑶族儿童共598名,在2014—2015年相同时段用酶联免疫法（ELISA）进行血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平检测,连续3年,获得7-15岁的年龄别均值。分析儿童血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平及年度、民族、增幅差异。结果 男生3年的IGF-1水平依次为136.29,117.81,92.63μg/L,女生为135.52,114.81,89.20μg/L;男生3年的IGFBP-3水平分别为68.38,53.39,51.03μg/L,女生为66.77,52.81,51.02μg/L。年度间差异均有统计学意义（F值分别为5.21,20.29,P值均〈0.01）。各年龄组血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平均为逐年下降,男、女生2个指标均以13岁组最高。3年合计的血清IGF-1水平男、女生均为瑶族最高,壮族次之,汉族最低（P值均〈0.01）;血清IGFBP-3水平民族间差异无统计学意义。按入组年龄,男、女生IGF-1,10,13岁组为瑶族〉壮族〉汉族（P值均〈0.01）;IGFBP-3男女生7岁组均为壮族〉汉族〉瑶族,女生10岁组为壮族〉瑶族〉汉族,差异均有统计学意义。结论 汉、壮、瑶族儿童的血清IGF-1,IGFBP-3水平的年度和民族差异均有统计学意义,且无随年龄变化的规律。需扩大样本、延长观察时间并开发更为成熟稳定的检测手段继续进行研究。Objective To investigate the levels and change of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 （IGF-1） and insulin- like growth factor binding protein-3 （IGFBP-3） in healthy children of Han, Zhuang and Yao nationalities, to explore the factors affecting children＇s growth and development to provide the reference basis. Methods A total of 598 Han, Zhuang and Yao children aged 7, 10 and 13 were selected from the beginning of April to May in 2013. Serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）, at the same time every year, the average age of 7-15 years old was obtained for 3 years. Statistical analysis, t-test, F-test and rank-sum test were used to analyze the differences of serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 in children. Results The levels of IGFBP-3 were 136.29, 117.81, 92.63 μg/L in boys, 135.52, 114.81, 89.20 μg/L in girls, the levels of IGFBP-3 were 68.38, 53.39 and 51.03 txg/L in boys for three years, and 66.77, 52.81 and 51.02 μg/L for girls respec- tively. There were significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）, （IGF-1： F= 5.21, P〈0.01） and （IGFBP-3： F= 20.29, P= 0.000）. There was no significant difference between gender. Children among nil age groups of serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3 levels during the investigation are declining, the two indices of the boy and girl in 13 years were the highest level. The three-year mean values of IGF-1, IGFBP-3 in boys and IGFBP-3 in girls aged 13 years were higher than those of 7 and 10 years old（P〈 0.01）. The total of the three years in boys and girls of serum IGF-1 were Yao was highest level, Zhuang was the second, the Han nationality was minimum （P〈0.01） ; There was no difference between national level of serum IGFBP-3. The IGF-1 levels 10 years old and 13 years old groups children of Yao〉Zhuang〉Han （P〈O.O1） ; The IGFBP-3 levels 7-year-old group were Zhuang〉Han〉 Yao and 10-year-old, Zhuang〉Yao〉Han.
