摘 要:针对传统压裂液在增黏能力、抗高温能力等方面较差的问题,结合高分子流变理论和现场岩体特征,提出一种新型的清洁抗高温聚合压裂液。加入不需交联的新型稠化剂,从而提升压裂液黏度;加入不同配比的防膨剂、破胶剂、稳定剂,得到压裂液的最佳配方。最后,通过耐温耐剪切测试、残渣含量测试证明该体系具有典型的耐温耐剪性能,同时体系残渣含量小于12 mg/L。According to traditional fracturing fluid's disadvantages, such as poor thickening ability, poor ability to resist high temperature and so on, combined with polymer rheology theory and field rock characteristics, a new type of clean high temperature resistant polymer fracturing fluid was put forward. It used new gelling agent without requiring crosslinking, so as to effectively enhance the viscosity of fracturing fluid; the best formula of fracturing fluid was obtained by adjusting the ratio of anti swelling agent, gel breaking agent and stabilizer. The temperature and shearing tests and the residue content test demonstrated that the fracturing fluid had typical high heat resistance and anti shear properties, and residue content was less than 12 mg / L.
