摘 要:石油化学工业的乳聚丁苯橡胶废水是非常难处理的特种废水之一,具有高COD、高磷、难生化且废水产量大等特点,无法通过常规的简单预处理及两级生化法实现达标排放,更无法实现资源化回收利用。某大型石油化工企业试运行以来外排污水COD、总磷指标偏高,主要影响因素为橡胶废水。经过小试及中试试验,选定用"Fenton试剂催化氧化+混凝沉淀组合"的预处理工艺开始改造和优化。实践证明,预处理后的橡胶污水COD、总磷指标均大幅降低,B/C值显著升高,再经原有污水厂处理工艺处理后,实现了COD、总磷达标排放。The waste water from production of emulsion polystyrene-butadiene contains higher COD, higher phosphorus, unbiodegradable organic matter. It is difficult to meet the discharge standard by conventional preprocessing and two-stage biochemical method. The waste water of emulsion polystyrene-butadiene from a large petrochemical company must be treated to economize on water resource and protect water environment. The method of Fenton reagent catalytic oxidation and coagulation sedimentation was selected to treat emulsion polystyrene-butadiene waste water by lab test and pilot test. The result shows that the method can reduce the concentration of COD and total phosphorus, increase the value of B/C by Fenton reagent treatment, and treated wastewater can meet the national discharge standard.
