摘 要:对于多组分分离,分壁塔具有极大的应用潜力。它能大幅度的降低装置能耗、提高热效率、减少设备投资,同时能获得高纯度的产品。然而,高的能量利用率和稳定的操作离不开可靠有效的控制方法,其也是制约分壁塔大规模应用的因素之一。分别从三点控制、四点控制、先进控制和温差控制等方面重点阐述了分壁塔在控制方面的研究进展,为今后的研究和工业应用提供理论基础和技术方向。For multi-component separation, dividing wall column displays great application potential. It is able to decrease energy consumption,improve thermal efficiencies and reduce equipment investments, meanwhile, the products with higher purity can be acquired. However, without reliable and effective control methods, higher energy efficiency and more stable operation can't be realized, and this is one of the factors to restrict application of dividing wall columns on a large-scale. In this paper, research progress of control strategies of dividing wall column was discussed from the aspects of three-point control structure, four-point control structure, advanced process control and temperature difference control, which could provide theoretical basis for research and industrial application of the dividing wall column in the future.
