摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同纤维水平对初产母兔繁殖性能及胚胎发育的影响。选取新西兰母兔240只,分为4个试验组,试验期分为2个阶段,第1阶段为母兔165日龄至第1胎分娩,试验1、2、3、4组分别饲喂12%、14%、16%、18%不同纤维水平的日粮,第2阶段为母兔分娩至仔兔断奶,测定其繁殖性能和胚胎发育。结果表明:试验2、3组发情率、配怀率显著高于4组(P<0.05);试验4个组之间的产仔数差异不显著(P>0.05);试验4组产活仔数显著低于1组(P<0.05);试验2、3组的初生窝重、初生个体重显著高于1、2组(P<0.05),同时试验1组显著高于4组(P<0.05);试验2、3组21 d个体重显著高于1、4组(P<0.05),试验4组35 d个体重显著低于其他各试验组(P<0.05);试验3组的胚胎长度和胚胎重量显著大于其他各试验组(P<0.05)。综上所述,初产母兔饲喂16%纤维水平日粮其繁殖性能、胚胎发育以及仔兔生产性能表现最佳。本试验条件下,初产母兔最适纤维水平为16%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the and embryonic development of primipara rabbits. 240 new effects of fiber level in the diet on reproductive performance zealand does were randomly assigned into four groups, the experiment was divided into two stages, the first stage was from the 165 day old to the first birth, the group 1,2,3,4 was respectively fed diet with 12%, 14%, 16%, 18% fiber levels, the second stage was from the first birth to pups weaned, the reproductive performance and embryonic development were measured simultaneously. The results showed that the estrus rate and conception rate of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than that of the group 4 (P〈0.05); the number born of does were not significantly different between the four groups (P〉0.05); number born alive of does in group 4 were significantly lower than that of group 1 (P〈0.05); the birth litter weight and birth weight in group 2 and 3 were significantly higher than that of group 1 and 4 (P〈0.05), while the groupl was significantly higher than that of group 4 (P〈0.05); the 21-day weight in group 2 and 3 were that of significantly lower than that of group 1 and 4 (P〈0.05), 35-day weight of the group 4 was significantly lower than that of other groups (P〈0,05); the embryo length and embryo weight in group 3 was significantly greater than that of other groups (P〈0.05).In summary, the reproductive performance, embryonic development and production performance in weaning rabbit were the best by fed 16% fiber levels in the diet of primipara rabbits. Under this experiment condition, the 16% fiber levels in the diet of primipara rabbits was the best.
