摘 要:目的:编制适用于评价门诊中药房药学服务满意度的测评工具。方法:通过查阅相关文献、半结构化访谈、换位思考及专家咨询法构建条目池,采用离散趋势法、相关系数法和区分度分析法对条目进行筛选,形成初始量表。对347名门诊病人进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果:最终形成的门诊中药房药学服务满意度量表由20个封闭式条目和1个开放式条目构成,分为服务流程与环境、服务态度与个人特质、服务质量、用药指导与咨询、服务效率5个因子,累积方差贡献率为94.73%。量表的内容效度指数为0.915,Guttman分半系数为0.819,Cronbach’sα系数为0.961。结论:该量表具有良好的信度和效度,能较好地反映门诊中药房药学服务的满意程度。Objective: To establish a new scale for evaluating pharmaceutical care satisfaction in the outpatient traditional Chinese pharmacy. Methods.. By document retrieval, half-structurized interview, transposition thinking and expert consulting, item pool was established. The items were screened by dispersion analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and discrimination analysis, and the initial pharmaceutical care satisfaction scale was thus established. The survey was carried out in 347 outpatients using the pharmaceutical care satisfaction scale to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. Results: The pharmaceutical care satisfaction scale of the outpatient traditional Chinese pharmacy established was composed of 20 enclosed items and 1 open item,including service process and environment, service attitudes and personality traits, service quality,medication instructions and consulting and 5 factors of service efficiency. Cumulative variance contribution rate was 94.73%. The content validity index,Guttman split-half reliability and Cronbach's a of the scale were 0. 915, 0. 819 and 0. 961 ,respectively. Conclu- sion: The reliability and validity of the scale could meet the requirements, and represent the pharmaceutical care satisfaction levels of the outpatient traditional Chinese pharmacy.
