摘　　要：近年来,由农村地区社会性别不平等问题引发了一系列不良社会现象,阻碍了农村社会的发展,因此在农村构建平等的社会性别文化十分必要。通过运用实地调查法、访谈法等方法研究农村地区社会性别不平等的现状,并从生理、思想文化观念、教育机制、法律和媒体舆论等多角度分析造成此种现象的原因。提出以下对策:国家应完善性别视角方面的法律法规,大力发展农村经济;社会组织在农村组织宣传活动,维护女性权益;企业建立公平公正的选拔机制;社会媒体承担社会责任,宣传性别平等等正能量话题;村委会改变固有的传统思想,加强对女性的培训;学校改革教育体制,深化村民教育平等意识;家庭营造性别平等氛围,促进幸福生活;女性自身提高能力,独当一面。In recent years, the social gender inequality in rural areas has caused a series of bad phenomena,which hinder the development of rural society, so it is necessary to construct the gender culture in the countryside. This paper studies the status of gender inequality in rural areas through field survey, interview and other professional methods and analyses the reasons from the physiological and cultural ideas, education mechanism, the law and media opinion and other factors. The authors put forward the following suggestions. Our country should improve laws and regulations in terms of gen- der perspective and should vigorously develop the rural economy. Social organizations should hold va- rious activities in the countryside and maintain the feminine rights and interests. Enterprises should establish fair selection mechanism. Social media should take social responsibility, public gender equali- ty and other positive energy topics. The village committee should change the inherent traditional ideas and strengthen the training of women. Schools should reform education system and deepen the villagers education equality consciousness. Families should create a climate of gender equality and promote happy life. Women should improve their ability to make themselves satisfied.
