摘  要:研究了热等静压处理前后的K445合金精密铸造试样微观组织形貌和力学性能。结果表明,经过热等静压(HIP)处理后,显微疏松基本消除,合金密度提高了0.19%~0.25%;共晶数量减少,尺寸减小,γ'相形态更加规则;韧性得到提高,冲击功从7.0J^9.0J升高到9.5J^11.0J;在750℃~900℃时,抗拉强度提高了4.7%~17%,屈服强度提高了5.8%~19%,塑性得到改善。Microstructures and mechanical properties of K445 superalloy samples made by investment castings before and after hot isostatic pressing treatment(HIP) have been investigated. The results reveal that: after HIP treatment, micro- porosity has been almost removed and the density rises by 0.19%~0.25%; the number of eutectic becomes less and the size gets smaller, and the shape of γ' phase is also more regular; the toughness increases and the impact energy rises from 7.0J ~ 9.0J to 9.5J ~ 11.0J; at 750℃ ~ 900℃, the tensile strength is increased by4.7% ~ 17%, the yield strength is increased by 5.8% ~ 19%, and the plasticity is also improved.
