摘　　要：并进型对外直接投资战略已经引起各界广泛关注,而现有研究未对其影响因素及作用机制进行深入分析。从战略选择角度出发,将研究情境因素限定在典型新兴市场企业中,通过搜集和分析中国制造业上市公司及海外子公司的年报数据,通过面板数据的研究方法创新性的提出了并进型对外直接投资战略的研究框架,并从新兴市场企业海外经验、新兴市场企业高管海外经验、政府支持及高管团队知识结构差异性角度对新兴市场企业并进型对外直接投资的影响因素及作用机制进行了理论探讨和实证分析。Ambidextrous FDI strategy is receiving more and more attention, while few studie its antecedents and mechanism. Based on the theories of strategy choice, especially in typical s are focusing on emerging markets, this study analyzes panel data of Chinese listed manufacturing finns and creatively puts forward th work of ambidextrous FDI strategy.
