摘  要:活性控制的压缩着火(RCCI)燃烧方式利用燃料反应活性的差异,实现可控、有组织的低温燃烧。燃烧受燃料活性分层控制,燃烧过程的计算有赖于详细的化学反应机理。利用开源CHEMKIN子程序库,本文构建了适合RCCI燃烧的准维多区模型,通过与试验的对比,证明了该模型的合理性和可靠性。在此基础上计算了不同汽/柴油比例和喷油时刻对燃烧过程的影响,并分析了排放结果。Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition (RCCI) combustion mainly take advantages of the different reactivity of fuels that produce controllable organized low temperature combustion in cylinder. Because of RCCI combustion controlled by reactivity stratification, it's necessary to cal- culate chemical reaction use detailed chemical mechanisms to simulate RCCI combustion. With the help of open source CHEMKIN subroutines, a zero-dimension multi-zone RCCI combustion model has been developed. After validated against experimental data, the result show that the model is rea- sonable and reliable. On the basis of this model, the effect of variable gasoline/diesel ratio and diesel injection timing has been studied, the result of combustion and emissions at different condition has been analyzed.
