延安审干与人事档案制度的形成

摘　　要：延安审干运动中对人事档案的运用促进了其制度化之路的开启。通过在材料组成、作用发挥、保管整理等方面的不断深入与完善,促进了人事档案制度化框架的基本形成。人事档案制度适应了延安时期的公共需求,也促进了统一的社会有机体的形成,提高了社会运作效率。同时,其也面临着完成具体再设计的考验。The Movement of examining cadres in Yan An promote the institunalization begining of the personnel file. As the material composition, the role of play, storage and finishing aspects of the continuous deepening and perfection, the institutional framework of personnel files basically formed. The personnel file system adapts to the public demand at that time, but also promotes the formation of the unified social or- ganism and enhances the social operation efficiency. At the same time, it is also faced with the completion of the specific test of redesign.
