摘　　要：目的 :探讨用原甲板回置治疗手指甲床损伤的效果。方法 :回顾性总结 2组甲床损伤类型相似的病例 ,对不同手术方法治疗后的结果并进行比较。结果 :术后无感染病例 ,原甲板回置组的优良率 (94 .7% )高于凡士林纱布覆盖组 (6 9.6 % )。结论 :原甲板回置治疗手指甲床损伤是一种较好的方法 ,术者对甲床解剖、生理及病理的熟知与手术技巧。Objective: To discuss the efficancy of the treatment of injuried nailbeds with original nail plate reattachment.Methods: A retrospective review of two groups of patients who sustained almost the same extent injuries of the nailbed was performed .Different methods were carried out and the results were compared. Results: Group A which received nail plate reattachment achieved normal nail growth and the overall rate of excellent and good repair was 94.7%, which was higher than that of group B (69 6%) who were treated with Vaseline gauze covering .Conclusion: The use of the original nail plate after primary repair of acute nail bed injuries is a dependable method for restoration of the smooth nail bed. Profound knowledge of the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the nail bed as well as surgical skills and atraumatic instruments are prerequisites for successful nail operations.
