摘　　要：河南龙宇煤化工有限公司利用空分装置的压缩空气设计余量,对供气系统进行改造,把空分装置的富裕压缩空气供给锅炉等公用系统的气力输灰、脱硝等装置使用,并对装置在运行中存在的危害因素进行了分析,制定了针对性的的预防措施,技改实施后,每年将为企业节约150多万元。Using the design margin of compressed air in the air separation equipment,Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd. has transformed the gas supply system,providing the extra compressed air for the pneumatic ash transportation equipment,denitration equipment,etc.,in boilers and other public facilities. The risky factors in the operating devices are analyzed,and the preventive measures suggested. With the implementation of technical transformation,more than 1. 5 million yuan will be saved for the enterprise each year.
