新九针疗法治疗肩周炎方案的优化与组合

摘　　要：肩周炎是临床常见病,虽不是重大疾病,但因患者起初并不注意积极治疗,常常致使肩周炎迁延不愈,严重影响日常生活,甚者则由肩周炎导致颈椎病。西医治疗肩周炎的方法主要包括使用非甾体类消炎镇痛药、局部痛点封闭、麻醉下手法松解、手术松解等,可在一定程度上缓解肩关节周围疼痛和恢复关节活动度,但西医治疗维持时间短,不能保证疗效。临床上运用新九针中的钩针松解肩关节周围的粘连组织,火针速刺疼痛部位以温通经脉,对于肩周炎早期、中期疗效确切,能较快地达到止痛和恢复肩关节活动度的作用,且无不良反应,对于时间较长的肩周炎也能有较好的疗效。Periarthritis of shoulder is a common clinical disease. Although it is not seriousillness, periarthritis of shoulder often results in delayed healing because patients initially don＇t pay attention to and actively treatment. Periarthritis of shoulder seriously affects daily life of patients, and may lead to cervical spondylosis. Western medicine treatment methods for periarthritis of shoulder include non-steroidal anti-irfflammatory analgesic, local pain point closed anesthesia techniques, surgical release, which can alleviate pain of shoulder joint and regain joint activity, but the maintenance of efficacy is short and cannot guarantee the curative effect. Our new-nine-needle treatment can quickly reach the pain relief and restoration of shoulder activity by usingcrochet to lysis of surrounding tissue adhesion of shoulder joint, fire needle to warm meridians in pain location. The new-nine-needle treatment shows curative effects for periarthritis of shoulder in earlystage, which can quickly achieve pain relief and recovery of shoulder joint activities, and no side effects. It can also have better curative effect on advanced periarthritis of shoulder.
