下腰椎骨折的诊治进展

摘　　要：下腰椎有不同于胸腰椎的结构特点,骨折发生率低,但损伤程度常常较为严重,且多合并有神经损伤。临床上治疗下腰椎骨折的争议较多,随着对下腰椎骨折机制认识的进一步加深,手术技术及理念的不断革新,其治疗方式及手术适应证也在发生变化,现将下腰椎骨折的诊治进展综述如下。Fractures involving the low lumbar spine are relatively infrequent compared to those occurring at the thoracolumbar junction, because of the different structure characteristics. But the fractures always bring severe damage, often complicating with nerve injury. They are many controversy in treatment of low lumbar fractures nowadays, especially for burst fractures, but some are changing along with deep understanding of the fracture mechanism, and development of surgical technique. Now we review the advances in diagnosis and treatment of low lumbar fractures.
