摘　　要：港口作为交通运输网络中水陆运输的连接节点,通过各种运输方式与经济腹地相联系,不仅成为交通运输的枢纽,而且是经济网络上的重要环节。港口在经济发展中的地位和作用,也随着人们对港口功能的认识以及港口对社会经济发展所作贡献的深化而不断扩展的。近年来我国港口大规模建设,投资额巨大,传统融资模式较为单一。本文从港口建设传统投融资模式及PPP融资模式的概念和特征入手,分析港口项目选择PPP融资模式的优势,探讨港口项目PPP融资模式的组织架构及融资策略。Port serves as water-land transportation joint in the communications and transport network, it links to the economic hinterland through various transport modes, becomes not only the transport hub, but also the important link of whole economic network. The status and role of port expands with the understanding of port functions and the contribution of port to social and economic development. In recent years, large-scale port construction has been carried out in China, which is characterized with huge investment and single conventional financing mode. The advantages of PPP financing model used in port project are summarized by analyzing the concept and characteristics of the conventional investing/financing mode and PPP financing mode. In addition, a discussion is made for the structure and financing strategy of PPP financing mode applying to port project.
