摘 要:智能固态变压器作为能源互联网的关键电气设备之一,在可再生能源的消纳、灵活电力变换中发挥着重要作用。为了解决目前中高压智能固态变压器存在运行效率低下的问题,从输入级入手,对智能固态变压器级联型输入级常用的同步调制方式进行改进,采用混合调制以提高输入级效率。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,将两种调制方式下的效率进行对比,验证了混合调制方式对效率提升的有效性。Solid state transformer is one of the key technologies of energy internet,which is closely related to the acceptance of renew-able energy and flexible power conversion. In order to solve the problem of lowefficiency in high voltage intelligent solid state transformer,focusing on the input stage of the intelligent solid state transformer,the synchronous modulation usually used by the cascade input stage of solid state transformer is improved. The hybrid modulation is adapted to improve the efficiency of the input stage. Finally the efficiency of two modulations is compared based on M ATLAB / Simulink simulation,thus the efficiency of hybrid modulation is verified.
