健脾益气养血法对老年营养不良患者小分子代谢物质的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾益气养血法对老年营养不良患者小分子代谢物质的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年2月在本院诊治的老年营养不良患者30例作为观察组,同期选30例正常老年人作为对照组,观察组给予健脾益气养血法治疗42 d。采用GC-MS代谢组学检测对照组、观察组治疗前后的小分子代谢物质的变化差异。结果:对老年营养不良患者接受健脾益气养血法治疗前后血清代谢差异性产物进行分析,得到可能的小分子代谢物7种,分别为L-脯氨酸、L-肉毒碱、5-羟色胺、脱氧肌酐、N-乙酰-L-酪氨酸,亚麻酸、花生四烯酸。结论:健脾益气养血法治疗后能使老年营养不良患者7种小分子代谢物血清水平基本恢复至正常,说明该疗法具有较好的临床效果。AIM： To investigate the effect of Jianpiyiqi Yangxue method on elderly malnutrition patients with small molecule metabolites. METHODS： 30 cases of elderly patients diagnosed with malnutrition in our hospital from February in 2015 to February in 2016 are selected as the observation group,30 cases of healthy persons from the same period as the control group. The observation group was given Jianpiyiqi Yangxue decoction for 42 days.Changes of small molecular metabolites in the control group and the observation group before and after treatment were detected by GC-MS. RESULTS： Serum metabolites before and after treatment were analyzed for elderly malnutrition patients,from which 7possible species of small molecule metabolites as Lproline and L-carnitine,5-HT,deoxy creatinine and N-acetyl-L- tyrosine,linolenic acid,four arachidonic acid were obtained. CONCLUSION： Treatment of Jianpiyiqi Yangxue method in elderly patients with malnutrition can normalize the serum levels of 7kinds of small molecule metabolites,indicating the therapy presented a positive clinical effect.
