麻竹配方施肥对竹笋产量和矿质养分含量的影响

摘　　要：以麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus)人工林为研究对象,采用野外调查和室内营养分析方法,研究不同肥料养分配比对麻竹竹笋产量和矿质养分含量的影响,并运用灰色关联度法对麻竹竹笋的质量进行综合评价,筛选出麻竹丰产高效栽培的最优肥料配方。结果表明,配方施肥对麻竹的竹笋产量和矿质养分含量有良好的促进作用,竹笋产量和矿质养分含量的肥效反应均表现为T2(N∶P2O5∶K2O=17∶8∶11)﹥T1(N∶P2O5∶K2O=19∶7∶10)﹥T3(N∶P2O5∶K2O=12∶12∶12)﹥T4(碳铵)。因此,处理T2的施肥效果最佳,其竹笋增产和矿质养分含量提升均明显高于其他施肥处理,传统施肥处理T4的施肥效果最差。配方施肥具有明显的增加竹笋产量和提高竹笋矿质养分含量的效果。Taking Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro artificial forests as material, the effects of different fer- tilizer nutrient ratios on the bamboo shoots yield and mineral nutrient content of Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro were studied by field investigation and laboratory analysis, and the grey relational analysis was applied to evaluate the quality of the bamboo shoots. The optimum fertilizer formula of the high yield and high benefit cultivation of Dendrocalamus latiflorus for shoot production was selected. The results showed that formula fertilizer could stimulated the bamboo shoots yield and mineral nutrient content of Dendrocal- amus latiflorus Munro. The response of formula fertilizer on the bamboo shoots yield and mineral nutrient content of bamboo shoots was the order of T2 （N： P2O5：K2O = 17： 8：11 ） 〉 T1 （N： P2O5：K2O = 19：7 ： 10） 〉 T3 （N： P2O5： K2O = 12： 12： 12） 〉 T4 （ammonium bicarbonate）. So the fertilization of the treatment T2 had the best effect, the production and mineral nutrient content improvement of bamboo shoots of treatment T2 was all significantly higher than other treatments, the traditional fertilization of treatment T4 was the lowest. So formula fertilizer can improve yield and mineral nutrient content of bamboo shoots.
