摘　　要：受"菲特"台风影响,白溪水库流域形成"131007"号台风暴雨洪水。该文从洪水水雨情特征、洪水预报、洪水调度等方面对本次洪水进行分析,总结水库洪水调度经验,提高防洪调度科学性。On the influence of typhoon Fitow, ＇ 131007＇ typhoon rainstorm flood attackes Baixi Reservoir. And the flood is analyzed from perspectives of the character of water and rain information, flood forecast and flood dispatch etc. Moreover, flood dispatching experience is summarized to improve the scientific of it.
