摘　　要：运营商IPTV基础业务发展已经成熟并且拥有广大的客户群。为了增加用户黏性,稳固客户群体,IPTV增值业务是关键,也是未来发展的主要方向。分析了IPTV增值业务的发展现状,并且对未来IPTV增值业务的发展趋势、商业模式以及技术体系进行了研究。The development of IPTV basic business for telecommunications operators has already been mature and possessed lots of customers. In order to increase the stickiness of customers and establish customer group, IPTV value-added service is both the key and the main direction of the future development. The developmental status of IPTV value- added service was analyzed. The developmental tendency, business mode and technical system of IPTV value-added service in the future were investigated.
