外周血管疾病患者应用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价外周血管疾病患者应用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法:2015年4-12月住院并确诊外周血管疾病患者253病例,患者随机分为对照组124例和曲美他嗪组129例,曲美他嗪组在常规治疗上加用盐酸曲美他嗪治疗6个月,比较两组治疗前后踝肱指数、最大步行距离、疼痛发作时间及最大步行时间。结果:两组患者治疗6个月较治疗前踝肱指数、最大步行距离、疼痛发作时间及最大步行时间水平明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后曲美他嗪组最大步行距离、疼痛发作时间及最大步行时间等临床疗效检查指标均好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后曲美他嗪组与对照组比较,踝肱指数改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸曲美他嗪可以显著改善外周血管疾病患者的临床症状。Objective In order to evaluate the treatment outcome of trimetazidine hydrochloride on peripheral artery disease. Methods All data were taken from 253 hospitalized patients with peripheral artery disease from April 2015 to December 2015. The patients were divided to control group and trimetazidine hydrochloride group according to the treatment of trimetazidine hydrochloride. The levels of ankle-braehial index （ABI）, maximum walking distance,the time to pain onset and maximum walking time at baseline and at 6 months after treatment were measured. Results Compared with prior treatment, the levels of ABI, maximum walking distance ,the time to pain onset and maximum walking time were imprved in both control group and trimetazidine hydrochloride group after treatment 6 months（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with control group, the levels of maximum walking distance,the time to pain onset and maximum walking time were significantly imprved in trimetazidine hydrochloride group after treatment 6 months（P 〈 0.05）. There was no remarkable difference in the level of ABI in both control group and trimetazidine hydrochloride group after treatment 6 months （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The therapy of trimetazidine hydrochloride with conventional treatment may significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral artery disease.
