摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方护骨胶囊治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(GIOP)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择2012年6月至2014年6月符合条件的就诊患者,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照,分为护骨组与对照组进行比较研究。主要测定指标为骨密度(BMD)、骨转换(OC、P1NP、β-CTX)和血脂四项(TG、CH、LDL-C、HDL-C),疼痛症状与不良反应。观察期6个月。结果 :护骨组腰椎(L_(1-4))BMD、血清OC、P1NP治疗后较治疗前显著升高(P﹤0.05),血清LDL-C和VAS评分治疗后显著低于治疗前(P﹤0.05);对照组股骨颈BMD、血清β-CTX、TG、CH和HDL-C治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),VAS评分治疗后虽有一定程度下降,但无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。两组在治疗期间均未发现严重不良反应。结论:护骨胶囊对治疗GIOP安全、有效,且对血清LDL-C水平有一定改善作用。Objective To observe the efectiveness and safety of Hugu capsule in treating glucocorticoid- induced osteoporosis. Methods The randomized and double-blind controlled clinical trial was applied in this study. The patients （hospitalized from June 2012 to June 2014） were divided into two groups： Hugu capsules group and control group. Bone mineral density（BMD）, bone turnover markers （OC, P1NP, [3-CTX）, blood lipid （TG, CH, LDL-C, HDL-C）, VAS and the clinical symptom were observed. The study period was 6 months. Results After treatment, BMD（L1-4）, OC and PINP in Hugu capsules group were significantly higher than that before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. LDL-C and VAS Hugu capsules group were significantly lower than that before treatment（P〈 0.05）. In control group, there were no significant differences in BMD（neck of femur）, I3-CTX, TG, CH and HDL-C and VAS with those before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. VAS score reduced, but no significant difference was observered （P〉 0.05）. No serious adverse effects were observed during the clinical practice in the two groups. Conclusion Hugu capsules is an effective and safe medicine in treating glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis, and has positive effect in serum LDL-C.
