摘　　要：目的探讨门诊对突发意外患者的急救管理措施,提升护士对突发意外的现场急救能力及快速、妥善转运能力,为患者赢得更好的急诊急救资源。方法在门诊日常护理工作中强化急救意识,优化岗位人力配给,重点加强护士急救能力的培训、考核,检查储备的可行急救物品、药品的完好率,细化急救流程,规范转运路径,关注高危人群和高危病种,风险岗位重点管理。结果细化急救、转运流程,提升急救能力,可加快突发意外病例现场急救时间。结论门诊急救管理系统化、规范化,提升现场急救能力及快速转运能力,门诊急救通道零障碍,可确保患者就医安全,提升患者满意度。Objective To discuss the emergency management of outpatients in outpatient departmentand enhance nurses＇ on-site first aid and rapid transport ability for sudden and unexpected emergency,winning better emergency first-aid resources. Methods In daily nursing work at the outpatient depart-ment, the following practices were carried out： strengthening emergency awareness, optimizing manpow-er rationing, focusing on strengthening training and assessment for the nurse aid capacity of nurses, in-spection of availability of first-aid items and medicines, specifying first aid procedures, standardizingtransfer process, concerning high-risk groups and diseases, and managing risk key positions. ResultsSpecifying the procedures of first-aid and transport upgraded the nurses＇ first-aid capability, and quick-ened on-site first-aid time for sudden and unexpected cases. Conclusion Systematization and standardiza-tion of outpatient emergency management promotes nurses first-aid rapid transport ability. The zero bar-riers in outpatient emergency channel ensures safe medical treatment of patients and improves patients＇satisfaction.
