摘  要:以具有优良抗性的加拿大披碱草(Elymus canadensis L.)新品系为试验材料,研究加拿大披碱草新品系在高盐胁迫下生理生化指标的变化,以期揭示其耐盐生理特性。研究结果表明:在质量浓度2%的Na Cl胁迫下,加拿大披碱草新品系与未进行胁迫的对照相比,电导率上升,即细胞膜透性增大;丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量增加,叶绿素含量降低。加拿大披碱草新品系在高盐胁迫条件下,其叶片的受害程度大于根。加拿大披碱草新品系的耐盐性高于对照品种老芒麦。The new lines of Elymus canadensis L. has excellent resistance for the test materials. We studied on physiological and biochemical changes of new lines of E. canadensis L. under the high salt stress, to reveal its physiological characteristics. The results showed that physiological and biochemical characteristics of the new lines compared with control lines under 2% NaCl stress were as follows:the conductivity rised which increased membrane permeability; and MDA content, free proline content and soluble sugar content increased;but chlorophyll content decreased;the damage degree of new lines leaf was greater than the root under high salt stress conditions, and the salt-tolerance of new line is higher than control variety E.sibiricus.
