菌根剂对灵武长枣叶片生长和果实品质的影响

摘　　要：以灵武长枣为试验材料,在果实膨大期将菌根剂施入种植土壤,测定成熟期叶面积、叶干质量和果实质量、大小及可溶性固形物含量等指标,分析土壤施用菌根剂对灵武长枣生长的影响.结果表明:在灵武长枣果实成熟期单株施用12 g德国Willbest菌根剂后,能显著促进叶片的生长;在果实品质方面,果实的可溶性固形物含量有显著增加,但降低了果实的含酸量,V_C含量也略有下降,而果实品质与种植地土壤状况有关.Taken Zizyphus jujube Mill.cv.Lingwu changzao as tested materials,put the Mycorrhizal agent into the planting soil in the Fruit Enlarging, Determining of Fruit Maturity leaf area, leaf dry weight and fruit weight, fruit size and fruit soluble solids content and other indicators, analysis the influence of soil us Mycorrhizal agent to Lingwu changzao growth. The results showed that： after using 12 g Germany Willbest Mycorrhizal agent in Lingwu changzao Fruit Maturity single plant, can significantly promote the growth of leaves; in the fruit quality, fruit soluble solids content increased significantly, reduce the acid content of fruit, but the content of Vitamin C decreased slightly;the effect on fruit quality also related to the soil condition about planting.
