摘  要:以污水处理厂产生的脱水污泥和粉煤灰、粘土为原料制备陶粒,研究高温烧结制备陶粒最佳烧结时间以及烧结陶粒对铜离子的缓释规律。结果表明:烧结陶粒预处理时间为20min,烧结时间为16min,此条件下烧结出的陶粒具有较为理想的轻集料性能,抗压强度为24.8MPa,吸水率为24.53%。缓释结果表明:陶粒对Cu^(2+)的释放规律符合Weibull动力学曲线;用环氧树脂等材料包覆后的陶粒对Cu^(2+)的累积释放在1100min后稳定释放;换水实验表明,包覆后的陶粒对Cu^(2+)的释放平衡时间为14d。Ceramsite was prepared with such raw materials as sludge water,fly ash and ceramic clay. The research was done on the best sintering time to prepare ceramsite at high temperature and the sustaining rule of copperions. The resule shows the best sintering time is conditioned to 20 min of pretreatment and 16 of sintering. The ceramsite produced in this condition has an ideal performance of light aggregate,with 24. 8 MPa of cylinder compressive streagth and 24. 53 % of water absorption. The result also shows that the rule of Cu^(2+)released by ceramsite is in accordance with weibull kinetics. The cumulative release of Cu^(2+)by ceramsite coated with epoxy resin is stable after 1100 minutes. Water changing experiment shows that equilibrium time of Cu^(2+)released by coated ceramisite is 14 d.
