摘　　要：超低出生体重儿由于其胃肠道发育极不成熟以及生后疾病状态的影响，生后的喂养成为一大难题。早期积极给予胃肠道外营养以及恰当的胃肠道内营养对于超低出生体重儿的生长发育具有很大的促进作用，该文将分别从这两个方面进行综述。Because of immature gastrointestinal tract development and the influence of postnatal disease status,extremely low birth weight infant feeding has become a majoy problem. Early positive parenteral feeding and proper enteral feeding are very helpful to the growth and development of extremely low birth weight infant.
