摘 要:核桃黑斑病俗称"核桃黑",属于细菌性病害,是核桃主要病害之一。我国各个核桃产区均有发生,可使果实腐烂早落、果仁出油率降低。经调查发现郑州地区核桃产业存在着种植分散、品种良化程度低、管理水平与科研投入低等问题,阻碍着该地区产业的发展。通过田间药效试验和最小显著差异法(LSD)进行数据的收集与处理,筛选出4种与喷洒清水的防治效果相比具有显著差异性的高效药剂,分别为苯醚甲环唑、50%甲基硫菌灵、65%代森锌、喹琳铜,为该地区的黑斑病防治提供依据。The walnut black spot, also known as "walnut black" , is one of the most serious bacterial diseases in walnut. Most walnut producing areas in China suffer this disease in the recent years, leading to the fruit rot and fruit-falling ahead of schedule as well as the reduction of fruit-oil yield. In 2015 we investigated the situation of walnut area in zhengzhou and found suffered several problems such as planting dispersion, lacking that the walnut industry in this area in superior variety, poor cultivation management and shortage of scientific research input. These problems have limited the development of walnut production in Zhengzhou. The field control experiment in 2015 showed that four high-effect fungicides (difenoconazole, 50% thiophanate-methyl, 65% zineb and oxine-copper) had a better control on the walnut black spot in Zhengzhou, which may provide a basis for controlling the disease in the area.
