摘　　要：实行家庭医生签约服务,有助于转变基层医疗卫生服务模式,强化基层医疗卫生服务网络功能,是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务,也是新形势下更好维护人民群众健康的重要途径。笔者运用SWOT分析法,对国家当前推行的家庭医生签约服务制度的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,为工作的推进提出政策建议。The implementation of family doctor signing service, which is helpful to shift grassroots medical and serv- ice pattern and strengthen its network function, is an important task of deepening medical and health system reform, and is al- so a important way to better protect the people＇s health. This study used the SWOT analysis method to analy the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges of the implementation of family doctor signing service, then put forward policy sugges- tions.
