摘 要:目前国内较多医院仍停留于"小质量观"进行医疗质量管理,未能真正建立全过程、全方位的全面质量管理模式。随着国家评审评价标准的出台以及数字化医院建设的需要,中山大学附属第一医院以现代医院质量管理为管理理念,以信息化平台为依托,以绩效管理为基础,构建多层次、多维度质量管理架构、持续改进全面质量管理评价体系、建立医疗风险管理体系、实施医疗质量实时控制,全面推行大质量管理,实施标准化、系统化管理,实现医疗质量持续改进。At present, many domestic hospitals are still stuck in the "limited quality conception" of medical quality management, instead of establishing a truly whole - processed comprehensive quality management model. With the implemen- tation of National Accreditation Evaluation Criteria and the needs of the construction of digital hospital, based on the concep- tion of modem hospital quality management, the informationalized platform and the performance management, The First Affili- ated Hospital of Sun Yat - sen University has not only built a multi - level multi - dimentional quality management framework by continuously improving overall evaluation system of quality management, establishing a medical risk management system, carrying out a real - time control of medical care quality and implement the general quality management, in order to meet the needs of modem hospital management and achieve continual imnrovement of medical care quality.
